    Abstract:

In view of the fact that it is difficult for the existing frequency corrector to correct the two signals whose frequencies have a small frequency difference and changes dynamically over time, a highprecision dynamic frequency correction technology is proposed, to achieve the measurement and control of the phase difference between two different frequency signals that change over time and achieve a small frequency correction of the order of 10-12. The design mainly uses the ADC as a digital phase detector function to sample a large amount of effective data in the linear region using the edge effect. The FPGA and the microcontroller preprocess and store the data. The VCOCXO corrects the frequency according to the voltagecontrolled voltage provided by the singlechip microcomputer after the data is stored and preprocessed. The final experimental results show that the new frequency corrector has the characteristics of low noise, high resolution, high conversion efficiency, high stability, and high adjustability.
