    摘要:

    为了克服现有25Hz轨道电路继电接口的接线复杂、故障率高、抗干扰弱等弱点,实现其电子化和智能化,设计和实现适用于电子计算机联锁系统的25Hz轨道电路电子控制模块。25Hz轨道电路电子控制模块设计为二取二架构。在硬件设计上,模块包括CPU单元、IO接口单元、电源单元和复位单元等四种功能电路。软件遵循EN50129标准进行设计,包括初始化、通信控制、驱动和应用程序四个部分。基于FN2模型的可靠性分析得到电子控制模块平均故障间隔时间为平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)为1729659小时,满足SIL4安全等级要求。25Hz轨道电路电子控制模块经过7项硬件测试、静态和动态软件测试和与电子计算机联锁系统的集成测试,测试结果一致表明其具备高的可靠性和可用性,适用于轨道交通信号系统。

    Abstract:

    In order to overcome the existing disadvantages of complicated wiring, high failure rate, and weak anti-interference of relay interface of 25Hz track circuit, and make it electronic and intelligent, an electric control module for 25Hz track circuit is designed and implemented in adaption for electric computer interlocking system. The electric control module for 25Hz track circuit is designed as architecture of two out of two. In the hardware design, the module is divided into four functional units, including CPU unit, IO interface unit, power unit and reset unit. The software is designed following the EN50129 standard and consists of four functional parts: initialize unit, communicate control unit, driving unit and application unit. The reliability analysis of the electric control module for 25Hz track circuit is carried out based on FN2 model, and the results show that it can meet the safety requirements of the computer interlocking system. Finally, the module is tested in the aspect of hardware, software and integration test, and the results consistently show the electric control module for 25Hz track circuit is highly reliable and available, and it is suitable for signal system in rail transit.
