    摘要:

    自动气象站是专业测量仪器,对电源的要求比较特殊,市面上通用型电源产品功能相对简单,不能满足配套需求。综合分析自动气象站对电源的需求,运用高频开关电源技术,设计并改进优化了环路电流取样方法,在大功率条件下使输出电压纹波限制在300 mW以下;运用DC/DC变换和精密的电流测量技术以及防雷技术,巧妙设计电流取样和逻辑控制电路,实现了电流电压精密测量、蓄电池充放电保护及雷电防护等功能。测试结果表明,电源在全量程功率范围内工作稳定,各项性能指标满足自动气象站配套要求。

    Abstract:

    Automatic weather station is a professional measuring instrument, the power supply requirements are relatively special. The general power sypply products in the market have relatively simple functions, and can not meet the needs of supporting. Comprehensive analysis of the power requirements of automatic weather station has been made, using the high frequency switching power supply technology. Design and optimization method of current sampling loop in high power condition have been proposed. The output voltage ripple is limitted below 300 mW. Using the DC/DC transform and the current measurement technology of precision and lightning protection technology, the current sampling and logic control circuit have been irgeniously designed. The current voltage measurement, battery charge and discharge protection and lightning protection function have been achieved. The test results show that the power supply is stable in the full range power range, and the performance indexes meet the requirements of automatic weather stations.
