    电动汽车(electric vehicles,EV)的随机充电会导致峰值负荷突变,进而增加了电网运行波动的风险。为此,提出了一 种基于微电网的电动汽车协调充电调度策略,算例表明该策略可以降低负荷的峰值,减弱了随机充电行为对于电网波动的风 险。首先,考虑充电紧急性指标(charging urgency index,CUI)来反映不同的充电需求,以及利用蒙特卡洛法模拟电动汽车充 电时间行为的随机性,进一步保证电动汽车的协调充电。其次,以整体峰谷负荷差最小为目标,建立协调充电调度的优化模 型,考虑了电动汽车慢速和快速充电以及微电网运行各种限制。仿真结果表明,在两种充电模式下,该方法较不协调充电方 法在500辆电动汽车的情况下能够将峰值负荷分别降低54.71%、46.38%,能有效地解决电动汽车车主的充电选择模式以及 降低微电网运行的风险,为微电网削峰填谷提供策略。

    Abstract:

    The random charging of electric vehicles will lead to the sudden change of peak load,increasing the risk of power grid operation fluctuation.Therefore,a coordinated charging scheduling of electric vehicles ba sed on microgrids is proposed in this paper.The example shows that the strategy can reduce the peak value of load and weaken the risk of random uncertain charging for power grid fluctuation.Firstly,the charging emergency index is considered to reflect different charging requirements,and the randomness of the charging time behavior of the electric vehicle is simulated further to ensure the coordinated charging of the electric vehicle.Secondly,an optimization model of coordinated charging scheduling is established to minimize the overall peak-valley load difference,considering the slow and fast charging of electric steam and various limitations of microgrid operation.Finally,the simulation results show that the method can effectively solve the charging selection mode of electric vehicle owners and reduce the risk of microgrid operation,so that the flexible load can be effectively transferred,and the strategy for peak load shifting of microgrid is provided.
