    Abstract:

As pivotal technologies in non-cooperative communications, signal parameter estimation and modulation recognition play a decisive role in electromagnetic signal analysis and intelligence extraction. Confronted with practical challenges including unknown signal parameters, limited model generalizability and costly post-deployment updates, this paper proposes and implements a deep learning-based blind identification method for digital modulation signals. The proposed method innovatively designs a feedforward signal processing framework that tightly integrates symbol rate estimation, adaptive sampling rate control and intelligent modulation identification. This integrated framework breaks away from the limitations of conventional paradigms that treat these functions as isolated, sequential operations, thus yielding a highly efficient and universally applicable signal processing solution. Experimental results and practical validation confirm our approach substantially reduces training expenditures while simultaneously improving generalization capacity and robustness to unknown parameters, showing strong potential for engineering applications.
